As a trainer/coach who’s worked in the health & wellness space for the last 10 years, I've found that for most people their main focus is plain and simple; food & fitness. Good old diet and exercise can do wonders for our health however in order to achieve optimal wellness we must take a more holistic approach. Working with teens who have schedules packed so tight they can hardly catch their breath, let alone figure out if they like themselves; to women in their sixties still taking care of everyone else and proving to themselves daily that they are capable, my mission is to make you feel good emotionally and physically.
